Fixed permissions for the recently renamed commands (kick, ban, rollback), so they really remain the same.

Renamed some commands to avoid conflict with game's internal commands (permissions remain the same):
/kick -> /modkick
/ban -> /modban
/rollback -> /modrollback

Version 1.14

Fixed chat unicode characters compatibility.
Fixed string.split compatibility.
/extinguish command now doesn't extinguish nightlights.
/clear command now doesn't remove irreplaceable items, just drops them on the ground.
Player's rank (except admins and users) is displayed on player status screen (hold TAB) as a badge similar to admin's.
Added /listmods command - lists online mods/admins.
Added modcmds_rankchanged event fired after successful /setrank command (current shard only).
Parameters of /give and /spawn commands switched - now the first is prefab, the second amount (capped at 40).
