minor bug fixes
added tooltips for all advisor types (event options) showing the bonuses that the specific advisor type gives by default; this makes it easier to decide, which advisor you need
added Spanish (English language) & French (English language) localisation

removed the third event, because it's now possible to have more than 6 options for an event that are displayed at the same time

if you are playing with the Women in History DLC enabled, you are now able to choose, whether you want to recruit a male or a femal adisor
- if you are NOT playing with the Women in History DLC enabled, you will always get a male advisor
