  • Removed CP dependency.
  • Fixed an issue wherein war with city-states could trigger the UA (I meant to do this, but forgot).
  • Fixed an issue wherein the UUs used George's unit flags instead of their own.
  • Cities now claim as many tiles as equal to one in every 4 population. Was 1:1 (which was probably a bit insane :p).
