Added things missing from crafting from Fab,Grinder, fixed meat pulling, fixed so forge also pulls scrap metal added more slots to most things

Forge, Grill, Grinder and Mini Fabricator now auto switch if there is power and if no power all automatically switch back to run on Gasoline
