Added shuffle to available callvotes in CommonVotes.
must add bShuffle=true in existing QuickVoting.ini configurations.

Removed all ExtVoting functionnality as it was all implemented into the base game.
For getting preview pics for maps that don't have any (ie. preview pics we did ourselves), subscribe to MutatH0r pack.
