Update #4:

- Added second (optional) voice with a radio effect over it, making it sound more like the voices that shipped with the game. Choose whichever you prefer.

Update #1:

- More Psi actions on the battlefield will now play a quote (try now using "Null Lance", "Inspire", "Insanity" and "Domination"). Some Psi powers don't appear to have an entry in the mod tools (such as "Fortress" and "Stasis") therefore I'm not sure where to assign quotes for these powers. I will do more testing and try to figure this out ASAP.
