Fixed up the lighting to match F-map standards in the laser labs, substantially EXPANDED the laser labs with two new research facilities and a maintenance area, and kinda-sorta updated H map to the new Uncut Update standards.

General fixes to F map:

* Removed a few lighting bugs that probably only I noticed.
* Made it impossible (or at least much more difficult) to lock yourself inside the CES Chamber when turning on the gas.
* Fixed the decon room in the entry so that the gas jet sound stops at the same time the jets do.
* Went ahead and added access to a room I had forgotten to unseal.

Fixed up F map a little, retextured part of H map to match the new update, and added areas.
