The actual update, sort of put in the wrong gma file last time

Fixed; Minor lua error.

First Update in a long time.

Fixes:
1) Changed how the addon detects what the current gamemode is, Addon should now properly detect gamemodes not named darkrp but derived from darkrp all the same.
2) Fixed title bar breaking when server names were excessively long (> 40 chars), from now on names longer than 35 characters will be cut off and ellipsed.
