Spikes now use a simpler shader but their look is mostly unchanged.

Changed the way how beams are created. Now they should render over whole song length even on long songs.
(For performance reasons this change is enabled only when the game settings are on High or Ultra. Low and Medium still use the previous beam creation. You can read up more on this in a comment on top of the skin .lua file)

Quality changes:
- Removed distracting flashes on block collection / miss
- Changed minimap color from black to red to make it more visible (thanks for the suggestion)

Eyecandy changes:
- Changed black beams - now they follow track more smoothly
- New custom track end object (say goodbye to the big wacky star-shaped thingy)

Moved the camera a bit higher to make navigating intense sections a bit easier.
