Fixes to the sniper and it's ammo. now correctly shows up in the player inventory as craftable items.
moved crafting of some of the armor pieces to more relevent folders.

Added buffs to a few of the armor pieces, unfortunately the helmet is a little on the large side, but if you can look past that, it should be fine.

Updated the model of the armor to the Tek version.
Added a sniper rifle and ammo.
Increased bulet damage.
