1. Remove the Button to avoid any conflict with other UI mod like ui overhaul 1080

2. Now the Cheat Menu can be actived through a Special Project. It will be available after the game start and cost nothing.

WARNING: You need to start a new game to see this update. If you want to continue the current game, you still can active the Cheat Menu through Country Edict.

Add a new Dyson Sphere since the game original one takes too much minerals and time. This new Dyson Sphere is much easier to build but only provide 100 energy. Also it can be built around Black Hole/Neutron/Pulsar.

This megastructure does NOT require Utopia DLC, it only need Spaceport VI and Planetary Power Grid technologies.
