  • provinces in trade company regions now have double the amount of range they can have to your coastal provinces connected to your capital until they get the enclave modifier

  • minor bug fix

  • provinces that have a port and have a distance of less than 85 to any owned province with a port count as connected to the capital now

  • added a peace treaty to force a country to cancel its access to all countries that currently grant access to it (to reach enclave provinces) for 20% war score cost
    • the country can't ask those countries for access within the next 10 years from then

  • added a decision to enable/disable the enclave mechanic
  • added enclave mechanic:
    • when this mechanic is active, provinces that are not connected to your capital in any way (direct connection, connection including countries that gave you acces) will gain maluses to local autonomy
    • if you have at least 5 of such provinces, a civil war can start: this means that all enclave provinces with more than 90 local autonomy will become independent and declare war on you
    • the modifiers are refreshed about once a month
    • you can ask for access to matching countries via a diplomatic action

  • rewrote events

  • if a province can't and no neighbor province can be released as a non existing core country as well as if there is no vassal that has a core in the province, it will be ceded to a neighbor country, if there is one with a core in the province

  • the event is not globale anymore, so multiple countries may receive it at the same time; if you notice any bugs (such as newly released countries becoming vassals of the wrong country), report it so that I can make it global again, if needed

  • events now mention the name of the province in the title and/or description
  • events now won't trigger for provinces anymore that have a minimum local autonomy of at least 90
  • disaster events will now give a notification for other countries

  • fixed the recent uprising modifier not giving -0.05 local autonomy
