Added some custom heads by me.

-Added a few new faces
-Attached most faces with many of the different head types
-Most faces are associated with a faction (NATO, Euro, etc.) so you will a large variation when when playing
-Scarred or otherwise unique faces are not associated with any factions to keep them unique
