A problem with iberian culture flipping has been hpefully resolved: Portuguese and castillan cultures should flip like suebi and visigothic do for the new cultures.

I have also added the basics for the new south slavic cultures. Events, localisation, and EU4 support for them is upcoming.

Fourth release.
Three new persian cultures are available: Luri, mazandarani, and khorasani. Two of them are in EU4, and the third is an extra culture I found that lives in southwestern Iran.

Also some bug fixes:
- Prevented excessive event spam when flipping to burgundian culture.
- Gothic should form where Greek owners are removed from power.
- Fixed bedouin localisation.

Third release. Added in new Levantine and Bedouin cultures. They are compatible with EU4. I did find that the localisation isn't right with the cultures in EU4, but this is also true when no mods are enabled, so that is likely the converter's fault.

Revised special Mahgrebi culture flipping events to be restricted to berber provinces; this prevents mahgrebis from assimilating all the arabic cultures.

Second release. Mahgreb cultures added, which are the Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian, and Libyan cultures.

First release. Added support and events for the emergence of Belgian, Slovak, Southern French, and Spanish cultures. Should work well with the EU4 converter.
