@Elidurden123

I believe so. It's been many months, and maybe a year or two years.

Is this mod dead?
Le Bourguignon 7 May, 2019 @ 7:56am
Bonjour, il faudrait penser a donner accès aux "nouvelles cultures" au particularité de leur culture d'origine au moins certains (lice de joute pour les Bourguignons ou autres...)

Hello, we should think to give access to "new cultures" to the peculiarity of their culture of origin at least some (play list for the Burgundians or others ...)

Its a great mod, i made some tweak on it, but it would be nice to have a full vanilla EU4 cultures version.

Can you add proper Roman cultural emergence for restoring the Roman Empire? ala Legacy of Rome?

Please please please add Scanian, just as a treat to dear old Max

Could you add a direct download link please.

I'll consider that. I chose "New" originally to complement the "Old" in EU4.
Sledjer 8 Aug, 2016 @ 10:14pm
On that note, New Pomeranian should be called Pommern (german for Pomeranian) because something like new shouldn't be in the name of a culture
Elyric Vengence 8 Aug, 2016 @ 9:58pm
new prussian should be teutonic or something like it
Sledjer 30 Jul, 2016 @ 1:21am
New Pomeranian and New Prussian need to only occur when the ruler doesn't have a slavic or baltic culture ruler.

Is it compatible with CK 2 ?
Elidurden123 11 Jul, 2016 @ 7:13pm
do you think this mod might be compatible with the better looking garbs mods?

I'm glad you asked that. Due to how strange nomadics work, I'll need to use another method to get the cultures to emerge. Since I want central asians to spread a bit, I currently plan to make a decision for tribals to emerge as a more modern central asian cultures. Otherwise I intend to use a horde to emerge the culture.
geofiendking 17 Jun, 2016 @ 9:15pm
How about diversifying Central Asia?:steamhappy:

Once I have all the cultures in with their events and eu4 compatibility implemented properly, then yes, CK2+ compatibility would be next, I believe. It would be a simple matter of changing the custom regions, although the extra territories in CK2+ could cause me to add in more cultures where appropriate.
Stalin-kun 13 Jun, 2016 @ 12:27pm
Any chance to a compatibility patch with CK2+?
ph0ne (greatijedi)  [author] 12 Jun, 2016 @ 12:38pm
Yes, I do intend to do silesian, transylvanian, and highlander. Icelandic too. I have also recently been looking at comparisons between EU4 and CK2 to map out where the african cultures would go - West Africa suprisingly has a lot.
Illuminare 8 Jun, 2016 @ 12:17pm
YES FINNALLY A CULTURE MOD THAT BLOODY WORKS YOU ARE A GOOD MAN
Mysza Halamow 7 Jun, 2016 @ 6:36pm
I like this. It makes sure that there is still variety in a game not well known for her cultural variety. Also, though I know you're adding it, it would be nice to see more than primitive Rus' and/or a single Russian culture. After all, the Ukrainians aren't exactly Russian speakers, though our cultures are closely related.
ph0ne (greatijedi)  [author] 29 May, 2016 @ 8:01pm
I will split up German, Italian, and Russian. Current plan is that, when I finish up the Yugoslavian cultures, I'll move to the Italian ones, then I'll do the German ones. I'm not sure which batch of cultures I will implement after that - I'm implementing in a rotational sort of way.
grymme 29 May, 2016 @ 11:20am
Are you going to split up German, Italian, and Russian as well?
ph0ne (greatijedi)  [author] 25 May, 2016 @ 10:08pm
They emerge via event. For example, the new Spanish cultures emerge like the vanilla ones, Goths emerge in greek-cultered provinces when the greek owners are removed, and the belgian ones emerge depending on whether there are french, dutch, or german cultures in there or who the owner is if the culture there is old frankish.
Caesar 25 May, 2016 @ 9:51pm
How do they emerge?
