• Followed Paradox's lead and doubled the range of all weapons. The result is pretty o_o
• Increased strike craft survivability, PD DPS and nerfed flak cannon

• Returned EHP values to something reasonable. Base armour scores are as they were in the previous version, but EHP for each class should be close to vanilla. Damage has been reduced in line with this. This is a buff to corvettes and shields. This change will have a very large effect on military power calculations.
• Nerfed long-ranged weapons and buffed short-range weapons.
• Nerfed shield damaging and penetrating weapons.

• Returned windup times to reasonable levels
• Localisation problems should be fixed now
• Missile launchers should track/rotate now

• Changed the way I was calculating ROF to account for windup. Because of this, there's been a general inflation in damage output.
• Fixed accuracy to account for new information about the hit formula. Guns should hit more often now.
• Buffed spaceport HP and weapons. I was pleasantly surprised by how much more durable military stations felt in the last version, and I had a thought about making planetary sieges more protracted. This has very possibly made early wars difficult if not impossible to win, so there'll be more tuning of this later on.
• Buffed strike craft defences. They feel super durable now, possibly too much so.
• Subsidiary to that, bombers now have substantial shields- fighters do much better against them than turret PD.
• Reworked PD. Higher accuracy, lower rof, slight overall damage boost. Flak was living in a different universe before, damage wise; this should make the two more comparable.
