Log file will no longer be written when bases are scanned at 30sec intervals.
Log file should now indicate correct point values (this was only a problem in the log).

Changed CaptureDistance to ConquerDistance since it is more descriptive.

Implemented exclusion zones and commands to add/remove them.
All settings are now configurable using slash commands.
All required features implemented, there may be more to come!
