Fixed a couple of bugs and extended galaxy size options to include 3000, 4000 and 5000 star systems.

- changed Pluto to pc_barren_cold
- corrected asteroid spacing in Barnard's star sytem
- changed alpha centauri, Barnard's star, procyon and sirius script to fix a bug. This will result in fewer spawns of nearby colonisable planets.

Made the following changes:

1. Renamed the mod file 'prescripted_species_systems.txt' to 'sol_unleashed.txt' to improve compatibility with other mods.
2. Increased chance of getting a continental planet near Sol to bring the mod a bit more into line with the vanilla Sol start.
3. Provided more detail to the following systems: Tau Ceti; Groombridge 34; Teegarden's Star; Kapteyn's star; Kruger 60; Gliese 1; Van Maanen's Star'; 40 Eridani; AD leonis; Altair; and 70 Ophuichi.

When playing the Milky Way or Deneb starts, the planet Earth in the Sol system will now be populated with an early space age human civilisation.
