Ok
ositodefelpa  [author] 3 Dec, 2020 @ 6:11am
It's very unlikely. I'm not able to work on the mod myself, but others are free to do so. I have amended the description to reflect this situation.

*?
ARK7 3 Dec, 2020 @ 5:14am
Does it work at this time.
That Guy Called Curly 18 Sep, 2019 @ 12:14pm
Ah, I remember playing your mod for Distant Worlds!
Doctor Verum 5 Aug, 2019 @ 8:22am
Ah, well thanks for the reply anyway. Cheers.
ositodefelpa  [author] 5 Aug, 2019 @ 3:10am
@Doctor Verum, no, I was never able to find a way to do that, unfortunately. Note also that I haven't been supporting this mod for a while, so I don't know whether it still works.
Doctor Verum 4 Aug, 2019 @ 2:00pm
Does this mod affect spawning location in the galaxy? Eg. where the Sol system will spawn in relation to the core and such?
Nohan 15 Mar, 2019 @ 8:08pm
how about TRAPPIST-1?
Connacht 20 Dec, 2018 @ 8:53pm
I'd like to have just the closest stars, without editing the Solar System or messing with hundreds of stars (i.e., I'm happy just with Tau Ceti, Epsilon Eridani, Epsilon Indi, Luhman Wolf 359, Van Maanen). Is a super-lite version possible in the future?
ositodefelpa  [author] 11 Dec, 2018 @ 3:20am
Glad you've enjoyed it, but I'm too far out of touch with it to go back to it now (last time I worked on it was pre-2.0). It might not be that difficult for someone to update it. Like I say, I'll be happy to link to anyone who posts an update.
Foxxy Renamon 10 Dec, 2018 @ 7:51pm
Hey I've confirmed that you can select this mod and have it work in 2.2, but the problem is that none of the planets can be terraformed apparently. Might want to look into that if you're still working on this. I love how detailed the system is, just wish I could actually colonize it!
ositodefelpa  [author] 21 Aug, 2018 @ 4:20pm
Sorry, but other things have got in the way of it, and I'm so far behind that I'm not likely to update it. If someone else wants to take it up feel free, I'll link you from this page.
Galadrond 21 Aug, 2018 @ 1:47pm
Is there an update planned for this mod?
Ghoststalker 16 Aug, 2018 @ 6:42pm
I love the blend of different sci-fi planets. Haven't found Arakis though...
AlijahTheMediocre 3 Jun, 2018 @ 10:56pm
Reach was the second planet from Epsilon Eridani not the first
Gotserved531 12 Mar, 2018 @ 3:34pm
Would love an update for 2.0. Great mod!
Airedale260 7 Mar, 2018 @ 11:25am
Hi. It's mostly compatible with 2.0; the only issues appear to be that you can't select the number of marauder empires that are generate (vanilla allows up to 5; this one only allows for one) and that the larger galaxies take several minutes to spawn or load (seems to run OK at around 1,500, though).
Wight 3 Mar, 2018 @ 3:47pm
Thanks for that.
ositodefelpa  [author] 3 Mar, 2018 @ 3:46pm
Hmm, yes, sorry overlooked that. It should work, but I will update.
Streamliner 3 Mar, 2018 @ 12:48pm
This gonna be compatible with 2.0 or not?
「Des」 4 Feb, 2018 @ 11:17am
Ah! Just what i need to start my Glorious Imperium of Man!!!
Longeh 20 Jan, 2018 @ 9:54am
YAY!
Wight 13 Jan, 2018 @ 2:41pm
Yey. Update!
DeadRobot311 13 Jan, 2018 @ 7:57am
Yay! Thanks so much for updating this amazing mod!
ositodefelpa  [author] 13 Jan, 2018 @ 6:47am
Note that I have now got the mod working again, although you can only use it to start at the Sol system. In particular the feature to start on Deneb, or on a system distant from Sol have been removed (or more precisely, they haven't been put back in, as I have rebuilt the mod). If I see a particular demand for these features I will try to find time to put them back in.

Anyway, the basic part of the mod should be working again. If you have any problems with it, let me know.
Caesar the Roman 11 Jan, 2018 @ 8:26am
Oh ok.
ositodefelpa  [author] 11 Jan, 2018 @ 5:01am
Many of those are also added in my mod, because I use my own Sol system. However, it won't be possible to make the two mods compatible in the sense that you could have the Sol system from Expanded and the star systems from Unleashed. You have to have one or the other, because of the way Stellaris is structured.

Note my mod doesn't work anyway, following a recent update. I may look at fixing it shortly, depending on how things go with my health.
Caesar the Roman 10 Jan, 2018 @ 6:30pm
It adds more real world objects to our solar system which are Enceledus, Iapetus, Dione, Tethys, Rhea, Oberon. Titania, Ariel, Umbriel, Pluto, Cheron, Sedna, Makemake, Eris, Haumea, 2007 OR10 and Quaoar. It aslo adds a planet nine to the system, but there are technicaly three diffrent systems to select. I recomend you check out the mod to see for yourself so you know what I'm talking about.
ositodefelpa  [author] 10 Jan, 2018 @ 2:35pm
What features does Sol System Expanded have that this one doesn't have?
Caesar the Roman 10 Jan, 2018 @ 1:54pm
Think you can try to make this compatible with Sol System Expanded mod for better emersion if you can?
Ghoststalker 20 Dec, 2017 @ 5:52pm
By far one of the best mods for Sol roleplay. Hope personal circumstances turn around positively.
Boblogg 19 Dec, 2017 @ 7:32pm
Can't wait for the 1.9 and 2.0 update. Hope everything gets better for you and you get some more time to update it! Good luck with whatever's going on!
ositodefelpa  [author] 10 Oct, 2017 @ 5:26am
Ok, thanks for that. I will eventually get to updating this mod, but due to personal circumstances, that is still going to be a few weeks off.
Gazurtoid 9 Oct, 2017 @ 5:10pm
I did some testing and found out what the problem is - its the 'Add_Resource' command in the sol_unleashed.txt file. It no longer works as of 1.8. I removed every instance of it and the mod worked perfectly.

As mentioned "Add_Resource" doesn't work anymore. The same effect can be achieved though by replacing each instance of:

"add_resource = { insert-type-and-amount-of-resource-here }"

with

"set_deposit = insert-name-of-deposit-here"

In my game the colonize moon event doesnt pop up the year is 2268
ositodefelpa  [author] 7 Oct, 2017 @ 9:37am
Ok, I'm unable to look at it right now, but if someone can post code that fixes it, I'll be happy to upload the fix.
Airedale260 7 Oct, 2017 @ 9:35am
For what it's worth, it appears to be an issue with Earth/Luna; everythign ahead of that generates normally. Betting it has to do with the new prescripted nation for Earth (the "Earth Custodianship").
DeadRobot311 3 Oct, 2017 @ 9:25pm
This is probably one of my favorite mods to use when playing as humans. Looking forward to an update to 1.8. Thanks for a great mod!
TheOnlyCabbage 22 Sep, 2017 @ 4:58pm
It's cool, take your time! Don't let modding get in the way of your actual life XD
ositodefelpa  [author] 22 Sep, 2017 @ 10:20am
Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I don't know when I can fix it. :-(
martin.beier 22 Sep, 2017 @ 9:26am
The Mod doesn´t run after the update :(
Target Practice 27 Aug, 2017 @ 7:16am
After some more testing I've found that, for some reason, this mod prevents prescripted human countries from spawning.
Target Practice 14 Aug, 2017 @ 1:27am
Well in that case it was just a fluke of RNG for me.
ositodefelpa  [author] 13 Aug, 2017 @ 4:12pm
The mod doesn't kick in at all unless you select one of its system initializers as specified above. If you use the 'random' initializer, then you're effectively playing vanilla, which can sometimes not spawn Sol.
Target Practice 13 Aug, 2017 @ 4:05pm
No, I'm saying that I used a random system start and Sol did not appear.
ositodefelpa  [author] 13 Aug, 2017 @ 4:00pm
Hmm, ok, that's not supposed to happen. I'm assuming you used one of the mod-specific system initializers, rather than one of the vanila ones. Can you say exactly which system initializer didn't work?
Target Practice 13 Aug, 2017 @ 11:25am
I ask because on several games with this mod enabled, Sol did not appear in the galaxy despite me using a non-sol start.
ositodefelpa  [author] 13 Aug, 2017 @ 9:43am
Not sure I understand the question but one Sol should spawn, regardless of which starting system you use.
Target Practice 13 Aug, 2017 @ 7:57am
Does this mod prevent Sol from spawning unless one of the new starting systems is used?
