Added hp for point defense. Now you can damage it only when in shield radius. Also added new item: turret. This thing shoots laser and ignites the enemy. Turret can be damaged only with explosives. But it will slowly regenerate it's hp back to maximum.

Tweaked balance. Added new item: Landmine. Added spawnmenu category for this mod called (obviously) Melon Warfare

As missiles seemed to be really OP I added new item: Point Defense. It's a forcefield that destroy any missile inside it and than takes 2 seconds to recharge back up. Later I'm planning to add settings for range and recharge time of the item.

Added new type of missile, made them work in singleplayer, changed the way missiles choose their target
