- Raised ahead of time penalty at research to 150% (before: 100%, Vanilla: 200%)
- Rebalanced german construction teams to avoid some stacking that went too far
- Fixed: Sowjet construction team did not have agriculture support as it should have
- The industry complex is now also available at dispersed industry 2, but can only be build 10 times in a state (concentrated construction = 20 per state)
- Adjusted the economy tax to work as they should (isolation now has a penalty for industry complexes as well)
- Added marine infantry boni to US and japanese construction teams

- Rebalanced the value of the resources (Resource/civilian factory): Metal: 15/1; Aluminium: 12/1; Chromium: 10/1; Tungsten: 10/1; Oil: 8/1; Rubber: 8/1
- Tech Teams/Construction bureaus now cost 15 pp
- Added generic unit icons to use them in the divisions designer
- Reduced cost for recruiting new generals drasticly
- Replaced the Trade Laws with Economy Laws: Planned Economy and Free Market Economy giving various bonuses (bonuses scale up depending how much you embrace those)
- Added Industry Foci for Army, Navy and Airforce, now you can focus whats most important to you
- Rebalanced the society techs even more
- Fixed some smaller issues all around
- Airzones will now be of state size (also see the standalone mod)
- Added 8 new minister types, giving bonuses that were missing in the political advisor world
- New unit: Police division, being awesome in suppression but sucking at everything else
- Two levels of infrastructure will give 1 building slot
- Added 2 political advisor slots and 1 theorist slot
- Reworked the idea interface a bit
- Removed ideology influence from society researchers

- Plan Z and Submarine Focus in the german tree are no longer exclusive
- Germany now has 2 synthetic foci
- Japan will get some refineries in their synthetic oil focus
- The german railroad foci (Anschluss etc) have been roughly tied to the historical date
- The AI will unlock their industry foci via the national focus tree, it seems there's currently no better solution as the AI is reluctant to remove an idea and replace it with a better one
The Human player will have to pay pp to increase their industry focus (this working as a small AI buff is a nice sideeffect)
