Updated tech indoor farms so that they can be used properly in areas without fertility of any kind as a temporary measure (in other words, fertility has no effect on them), Also, fixed some automation issues, guess there was conflicts somewhere in the code that wasn't apparent before.

Changed around how to use food store, there are now two, the vanilla one and one without the ability to store raw fish!
