Added Plasma Sniper + Attachments.

Made the metalic parts more, uhm, metalic.

Rebuilt and reuploaded to make sure the XComSkinSystem.ini was uploaded correctly.

Updated the mod with the Plasma Cannon+attachments and stuff.

Fixed the prices not changing when playing in Legendary, it should now have the same prices as the vanilla plasma weapons in legendary.
Changed the default color of the guns from brownish to blueish.
Changed the texture of all the weapons and attachments a bit to make some wear and tear more obvious, ie, scratches and stuff should now have a bit of specularity to them.
Resized the Plasma Pistol a tiny bit, it's still fairly bigger than all the other pistols but it should be a bit more reasonable now.
Changed the ui icons from Blue and Green to Orange and Blue, because i don't know.
Added compatibility with RoboJumper's Xskin system mod
The Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun should now have Russian translations thanks to resonansER.

Updated the mod with the Shotgun+shotgun attachments and stuff.

Prices on the engineering bay should now be configurable.
You can now configure a mobility and "concealment" stat on the .ini now
I'm not sure how the concealment stat works but it's the same as the one in the Long War SMG mod, so you probably know more than i do.
Made the texture size of the Plasma pistol smaller to make the mod smaller, i think it shouldn't even be noticeable.
Changed the color on the plasma rifle's "heatsink" on the side of the gun from grey to orange to fit with the Shotgun
Made the back of the rifle's scope emissive

Added Mercenary Plasma Pistol
