Added Engineering Station

Added private cargo bay and cargo transporter in the Cargo deck.

Added in depth ship description:

This Frigate is made for deep space mining operations. [100% Complete] This ship is run primarily on solar power, however for a boost to speed and shield generation, hydrogen power plants can be activated.

Decks:
(all decks include a crew transporter)


Bridge
Inlcudes a hacking console, two forward facing manned turrets and multiple standard computer consoles. A Ready Room is attached to the bridge.


Astrometrics
Inludes a long range transporter, 8 weapon loaders, a rift generator, computer consoles, and the room serves as an entry point to life support, sickbay and engineering.


Life Support
Includes 6 oxygen distributors for maximum oxygen dispersal.


Sickbay
Includes 2 seperated medbays, as well as a medical office.


Engineering
Includes 1 port facing manned turret and 1 starboard facing manned turret, also includes hydrogen storage and two large hydrogen reactors, 7 large ion engines (with individual engine bays), 2 small shield generators and 1 large shield generator.


Cargo Deck
The cargo deck contains a cargo transporter, 19 cargo pads and 7 private cargo pads (in a lockable room)


Extraction Deck
The extraction deck sits at the heart of the ship. This deck includes 4 refineries, 4 mineral extractors, 2 assemblers, a 3d printer, 2 cargo transporters, a disposal unit, a salvage unit, and a ship construction terminal.

Added more solar panels, fixed colors, added assault batteries (mainly cosmetic, but they'll do a crap-ton of damage if you hit anything with them), and added a cargo teleporter to the cargo room.
