Tweaked the Gigantic, and Ridiculous sizes to be half as tall. This should speed up the generation time by quite a bit!

Added the Tiny Totem, and Totem generation.

Tiny Totem, is the same width as Tiny with normal height (1024, 1536)
Totem is skinnier however much taller than normal worlds (512, 3072)

Initial Release,

Contains the following sizes...

Tiny(half size of small)
Larger(2x large width)
Gigantic(4x large width)
Ridiculous(8x large width)
