- Add new unit is MALP Worker, MALP Missile, Neutral Anti-Tank/Aircraft Trooper, SG-1 era MG Soldier, SG-1 era Soilder and Prototype 301
- Add Colson Industries as Evil Aerospace Company
- Alpha test with Cities in Development (Note: No Sound add yet)
- Better Icon
- Fix Blanec's Lowee Empire code such as this 'CIVILIZATION_LOWEE_EMPIRE' to 'CIVILIZATION_BWH_LOWEE_EMPIRE' to compatibility with Blanec's Lowee Empire
- AI Traits will be alway as Neutral (though he will declare war on you as their funny game)

Version 2.0, Neutral Alliance civilization are now require Touhou Galaxy Core File mod that use to core file of these factory. Add new unit is Thifoire Corvette, a Ship that carry powerful railgun to against aircraft attack, and Hammond Destroyer, a Tau'ri Capital Ship that power to engage another heavily armored ship but lack better air defense which cause very outmatched against smallcraft. Add support mod like Civ4 traits and YnAWMP. Change entire neutral trait, as Neutral unit that have same unit combat such as Gunpowder unit vs Gunpowder unit will gain 75 damage but if Gunpowder unit vs Armor unit will not gain this promotion, Horse resource are gain double, that is mean how likely Germany after World War 1 or Russia after Cold War look like.

- Require Touhou Galaxy Core File mod
- Add new unit are Thifoire Corvette and Hammond Destroyer
- Add some support mod
- Unique dialog from Vice's Neptunia mod (when you play as Neutral)
- Change trait in standard appear is Unit Combat gain same 75 damage against same unit combat and horse resource is gain double
