Hotfixes:

  • Non host players should have unit class selectors removed from units that are not themselves
  • Factions without helicopters could sometimes give a helicopter objective if there was a helipad in the AO

New startup menu:

  • Split unit loadouts from AO and enemy composition menu
  • New menu appears after loading AO and showing initial briefing map
  • Increased the number of units to a maximum of 8
  • Buttons to remove AI units - use no AI or fill the remaining slots with AI
  • Buttons to use Virtual Arsenal to edit AI loadouts
  • MP lobby style ready button waits for all human players to press before continuing

  • Skip lobby added for MP missions - continued effort to eliminate issues with restarting MP games after a loss
  • Added a variety of AO flavours
  • Vehicle spawns for starting camps, air or boat insertions now take into account varied player numbers
  • Fixed bug with spawned enemy reinforcements
  • Respawn added at campsite/air drop zone - this may help to solve issues with MP games not restarting properly
  • Reinforce script given extra failsafes and diagnostics
  • Overcast/fog values tweaked to be more likely
  • Extra parameters for flag markers are checked
  • Player group is removed from garbage collection
  • Teamswitch disabled
  • Player group moved to a better position on FOB/camp starts to avoid AI getting stuck
  • HVT should no longer die on certain spawn situations
  • Clear area, clear base objectives now account for incapicitated units
  • Binoculars should now be given appropriately
  • Failsafe vehicles added for insertions
  • Reworked scripted addition of supports to fix issues with only one support available
  • Force added map at various points to workaround map disappearance bug
  • Added ability to choose insertion location to new menu
  • Moved insertion type selector to new menu
  • Changed AI skill option to "Enemy force style". Two options switch between the current default AI system with more units with worse skills and a more realistic system that has less AI with the default Arma skills

  • Improved NVG selection on night missions, accounted for new helmets with built in NVG/TI
  • If any player unit has a UAV terminal a random UAV will be spawned on a ground insertion
  • Minor modifications to intro location label
  • Made revive optional (but on by default)
  • Added corpse cleanup
  • Removed Apex IFF
  • Removed insertion of friendly troops from Clear LZ objective until I can make it more robust
  • Added new music to heli extraction sequence
  • Destroy Helicopter objective can now select existing terrain helipads
