Minor bug fix and content update

-Added playerclips to keep people inside the map
+Props can be thrown out of the map

-Updated soundscapes
+Tried to choose somewhat quieter soundscapes

-Map optimization
+Added areaportals to buildings and more strategically placed hints, still not perfect

-Added a couple more props

The map was featured on VanOssGaming's youtube channel! Watching it showed a couple things that needed fixing.

- Props getting into gamebreaking locations.
+ Small props no longer able to get under the gazebo in the park area.
+ Crayons no longer fall through the grate in the park and get stuck. They fall all the way through.

- Random change I thought would make the game kinda more interesting.
+ Chess piece mass was so high that they couldn't be picked up by props. Lowered mass a lot.

Added Soundscapes for each location.

- All soundscapes are default hl2 soundscapes.
- List of soundscapes used:
+ d1_trainstation.city
+ d1_trainstation.Interrogation
+ d1_trainstation.QuietCourtyard
+ general.concrete_quiet
+ canals_tunnel_dry
+ canals_tunnel_wet

Edited props.
- Two plants were floating due to me being lazy and forgetting to settle them. This has been fixed.

-Basically, this is v1. Everything should be fixed, but I'll probably keep this updated if people find shit that's broke.
