Added a couple sounds from AC as a test (folders under types/f6 and types/v8), plus some extra misc stuff (+ honda chimes now loop)

Added paramotor sounds (don't ask) (+ pullstart sounds), switched start_honda03 for a better quality one

Added Honda Beat sounds, because yes; also reformatted some misc/other/ sound names to be more modular

Moved vtec engine sound to brands/honda/b16b/ and added another

Tesla Autopilot sounds because why not (found in the misc/other/ folder)

Added a types folder for sorting by various types of engines (as opposed to brands); moved some sounds from misc and added other new ones (a few from Whyteboxer)

Added some flatout2 sounds and some supra sounds and whatever

Added a buncha crash sounds from youtube, idk why I spent all day on this (also renamed some old ones)

Added some hopefully-less-crappy-than-usual sounds from youtube, 4AGE + honda nsx (and moved nsx sound from misc to the honda folder) + mazda 767 idle

Replaced ror/cars/09challengersrt8 with brands/dodge/challenger with more sounds (and the same sounds, with different pitch) + another misc engine sound
