Genuinely too many things to list, mostly a couple new sets of sounds (EJ20 and single cyls!) and some various other fixes here and there

Fixed half of the newly added sounds being the wrong sample rate because I'm just that stupid

[BIG UPDATE] Major folder restructuring, still in progress but a lot has changed - check/update your cars!!
New folder structure is under the "types" folder, separated by engine layout. This should be much cleaner and more useful than the old structure.

Also new 911 RSR sounds

Updated the c7r sounds so they actually loop (oops)

Proper c7r sounds, some new misc sounds, testing single-pitch sounds? (in types/i4/loud/pitched/)
