Updated to Alpha 16.

Disallowed the building of Comms Console, Orbital Trade Beacon, Transport Pod & Pod Launchers. Thematically, trade must be conducted by foot.

As 'Refining' research cannot be disabled, Refineries are allowed. Chemfuel will have no function as of A16, but can be profitable despite the lack of vegetation.

Allowed orbit trade beacons. Trading caravans can now be request, and factions can be bribed with silver. Orbital traders are still absent for RP purposes.

Updated to Alpha 15.

- Flashstorm is no longer permanent or stationary. Now occurs 2 - 3 times per day at random locations. Solves the problem whereby loading the map would shift the flashstorm on top of your base indefinitely, forcing a reload.

- Implemented 'forced traits' for starting colonists now the % chance works correctly.

- Added starting chems.

- Added more scattered wood; enough to dabble in brewing.

Added scattered wood, primarily for butcher tables.

Added scattered leather as animals are rare.
