Drastically changed number of Syndikats, removed helicopter that was acting erratic, took people off of rooftops and removed editor-placed buildings that broke AI.

ADDED MAP MARKERS FOR OBJECTIVES! I totally forgot to add that final step when I first published (normally I have tasks be their own marker and I fucked up). Sorry to anyone who had zero idea where to go or what to do.

Also added a very small % chance of the Syndikat being more powerful than normal. More explosives, randomized locations and spawn rates.
