- Removed the auto shuffling of all decks when the mod is loaded. It was nice but had the side effect that saving and resuming a game would reshuffle all decks again
- Added a "Shuffle all decks" button at the center of the table, that shuffles all decks and then disappear when pressed.

- Imported from the base mod the fix to Secret Objectives being visible by all players when in hand.
- Added a delay to the display of the message about changing hand zone colours.

All the change notes I had in the draft mod preceding this official mod, lost by a hasty deletion of said draft mod. :(

- added a broadcast message at start to tell the players to look at the procedure described in one of the notebook tab to change the colour of a player board.

- coloured the voting cards and voting zones of the twilight council
