* normalized quality settings, all beacons should drop items in equal quality chances. Nerfed doubles, buffed singles - as of the feedback. I hope I didn't ruin it with this, but I'm confident

* almost forgot: blues to yellows contain certain eggs (on SE)! Some creatures on SE want kibble you can't get there without transfers, because they won't spawn on SE. This small update fixes a problem which causes premade Bronto kibble to spawn in purples.

* Added Scorched Earth beacons and filled the normal ones with new stuff!
* Center and Island double beacons also have this shiny ring around them, at least until they land.

New feature: beacon healths now drop in steps of 1 (one) every ~5 seconds instead of the original 10 points. The total time in which every beacon exists should remain the same.

* Slight changes
* Most important: slightly buffed overall blueprint chances: 25 -> 30 %. - I think 25 % is good, but a bit too low. 30 % should be enough for a nice average while not too high.
