Matched combat: 40 (attila's)

Animation fragments for sword and shield ripped directly from Attila's values. Still unsure if I want to use these or my custom ones from earlier versions which had much fewer extended 1v1 duels.

Bloody death animations from attila added! Located under the "rome2->human->battle" subcategory

Removed sword animation fragments (reverts to vanilla)
Changed matched combat percentage from 100 -> 40.

These changes make combat look more like Attila's.

Walled settlement autoresolver defense buff reduced from .2 to .15

Nerfed public order bonus from Authority (7 -> 4 at max rank). It was way too strong and basically was the default "must get" on all generals, especially on higher difficulties.

Updated campaign difficulty handicaps to latest WH2 patch values.

Cultural multipliers adjusted from WH values to Attila values (culture + religion used as baseline). Testing needed to see if strategic_components (friendly/hostile towards friend multiplier) needs to be switched from WH values to Attila values.
