Updates v 1.5
1. add mercenary own account
2. small changes in dialogs
3. if you pay full cost(or minigame.crew score = 4 or 5) - crew w/ good skills allredy at the ship / if minigame.crew score = 2 or 3 appears only pilot
4. return good chance from 120% to 100%
