Any bugs from last patch notes fixed, updated to work for current (1/2/2023) version of MD.

So many new goodies I can't honestly remember what is new. The trucks have been done, the helicopters all finished as well. Strategic and Maritime aircraft are done.

Known issues: Three rifles may have incorrect names appear. Several aircraft are missing names, have incorrect names or incorrect images appearing, one IFV has a slightly incorrect name.

These are conflicts with MD as the parent mod. I'm working on fixes, but kinda stumped.

Also two APCs have no name or image, I can't decide what to put there.

Interim upload.

*Made the file structure fit the current build of Millennium Dawn
*Added 2D graphics for ten helicopters, new rifle, dozens of vehicles, bombers, some fighters
*Exact count when finished
*Still to do: Transport aircraft, last two APCs, lots of planes in fighter tab, artillery, ATGM and AAGM

* Updated file structure to support new nations and submods.

Release version.

Technologies updated with accurate images, names and desciptions:

* Seven infantry techs
* Twenty four armour techs
* Twenty seven plane techs
* One motorised tech
