Manaticon
- Shotguns now use custom barrel sprites
- Assault rifles now use custom middle sprites
- Replaced one color palette with a less ugly version

Fixes

- Weapons with certain alt abilities freezing has now been fixed

- FU weapons with 4-line descriptions will now fit onto the tooltip

Update 1.2.5

This update fixes compatibility with the latest FU update, and makes allowing new manufacturers for custom weapons easier.

Manufacturers

- Manaticon sniper rifles now use custom barrel sprites.

Fixes

- Weapon names are now corrected with Lua, rather than through a JSON patch. This prevents extra long, strange names with mods that add new prefixes are loaded after this mod.

- Critical stats for FU are now corrected. Before, they used an older calculation that was no longer used by FU. In addition, the stats actually display again.

- FU weapons with three-line descriptions will no longer overlap with weapon stats.

- Alt abilities now use one of the default versions if the weapon's element isn't supported for it. This means that you can add new alt abilities to a weapon without worrying if that alt ability has explosive, shadow, radioactive, etc. support.

Frackin' Universe Support

Weapon generation now supports the new elemental types from FU. If you have FU installed, cosmic, radioactive, and shadow elements will spawn on manufacturer weapons.

The following manufacturers have these elements:

Custom: Cosmic, radioactive, shadow

Manaticon: Cosmic, radioactive, shadow

Necrolix: Radioactive, shadow

Shade Co.: Shadow

Xia-Li: Cosmic, radioactive

- Pistols and machine pistols now have custom barrel sprites

Options

Added new options:
- "useManufacturerPalettes" (default true): sets whether manufacturers will use their own unique palettes

Fixes

- Fixed decimal places being fully shown, resulting in critical stats being pushed off of the tool tip.

- Number of digits after the decimal can be determined in the options.config file, by setting "criticalStatDecimalCount" to the desired number of digits.

- Added checks for loading the options file, causing the game to instead ignore the file when it has syntax issues, and instead load default options. This should prevent a typo from turning all of your weapons into perfectly generic items.

Changes

Manaticon
- All plasma projectiles are now slower moving plasma orbs that bounce off of walls
- Electric travel the fastest, but only bounce once
- Fire travels the second fastest
- Ice travels the slowest, but has higher power
- Poison travels at the same speed as fire
- Manaticon assault rifles have some unique weapon parts

Teklacki
- Now makes Assault Rifles and Machine Pistols. These use unique weapon parts for their appearance
- Fire slow-moving, gravity-affected darts
- 150% extra fire time
- 8% higher dps
- 50% higher knockback
- Always auto, never burst
- Melee weapons all use unique name generators
- Broadswords use certain blade styles to fit with descriptions
- Now allows for Physical, Fire, Ice, and Poison elemental types

Misc
- All elemental weapons will now check for alternate elements before choosing the manufacturer default
- Only really applies to Manaticon, but allows npcs to now use fire, poison, and electric weapons

Modder's Additions

- Manufacturers can now set a weapon's name generator in the .appearance file
- Manufactuers can now set replacements for fire sounds

Changes

- Added "disableOnEnergyExhaustionStatus" to the config file. If set the true, then the shock effect for Xia-Li weapons won't happen. Useful if you don't want to deal with the annoyance, or if friendly Npcs keep killing themselves.

Fixes

- Really fixed hammers being swung wildly. I'm pretty sure. Let's pretend the last fix for this was just a joke, and not a mistake. Sadly this means Npcs can't use Teklacki hammers anymore.

- Fixed being kicked to your ship if you kill a target with an explosive enemy bomb.

- Custom weapons don't have any special effects (before they just had minor tweaks, like 3% difference or such)

Fixes

- Fixed an issue where NPCs would sometimes flail their weapons (usually only for hammers) around strangely instead of attacking (Thanks Alucard3598)

- Fixed an issue where some alt abilities for physical weapons would result in a fatal error when attacking enemies (Thanks Carbon Fang)

- Compatibility with Weapon Reinforcer should be fixed now
