fixed collector being invisible

Added Incubation Feature, timer on pickup, moved access inventory to default, added show radius to the menu, added prevent collecting with enemy structures in range, fixed singleplayer, increased placement limiter to 5 and max radius to 12000

Hotfix for health lost while using melee wpns in collector range. Removed the additional sphere for now.Thx to StrikzZ for pointing that out.

Actually it was fixed here allready. but i messed up a few settings and discovered that fertilized eggs were picked up too so i had to activate the turn on/off thingy again....
