+Rifleman: Swapped out "HoloTargeting" for "TraverseFire"

+Medic: Removed "Aim"
+Medic: Moved "Overdrive" to where "Aim" was
+Medic: Moved "Savior" to Major Rank (where overdrive was)
+Medic: Added "Rapid Deployment" @ Colonel Rank (where savior was)
-Can use a "Support Grenade" for 0AP (Free Action) if ability used before throwing

+Marksman Class Created
-Designed to be a long range sharpshooter allowing fire teams to have extended reach in the field.
-Uses "Sharpshooter" Class Icon (Will update later)
-Has GTS

+Scout: Covert Removed from tree, replaced with Deep Cover
+Scout: Covert re-added to starting perks
+Scout: Removed Conceal & Carry
+Scout: Undercover (GTS) Detection Bonus reduced from 0.25 to 0.20
+Scout: Increased "Pot Shot" Aim penalty
+Replaced Phantom (Assassin & Scout) with perk that grants Concealment Bonus (0.30) & Phantom (Perk: Holdout)
+Updated Assassin GTS; In addition to the 10% crit boost it will also give the Assassin the ability to kill enemies without breaking concealment by replacing standard shot with Deadshot.

+Tweaked all the class trees to mix things up a little. Have been trying to give them more purpose yet keep them quite general/flexible.
+Removed SMG dependancy for Scout.
+Scout should be a bit better at diversion tactics.
+Removed medical tree for Technician, replaced with a basic combat tree.
+Technician can now learn "Repair" to repair friendly allied robotic units (such as the spark).
+Added a Medic/Support Class.
+Changed the Assassin up; they now only use sniper rifles and swords and no longer start with squadsight. They have been focused more on mobility sniping or swordplay vs the timers.
+Hopefully the pack is more balanced now than before but I like to change things up a little from time to time. Unless theres anything wrong with it I wont be updating it for a while again so feel free to tweak the ability sets to your own needs.

+Swapped LW Snapshot for my own (their snapshot is brutally unfair)
+My Gunner should no longer overwrite the LW Gunner class (for those who want both)
