Ballanced purchace cost (1mil->3.5mil) and reduced running cost by half (1mil->500k). Increased end year avalibility (1947->1951) Textures and B-Unit Depot icons ARE NOT FIXED YET!!!

This mod has been directly imported more or less from a test version I made in Train Fever. I will be updating it when I can later on.
