Updated black list weapons for latest TU weapon drop.
Added new dvar setting to enable/disable Infected Equipment (infected_equipment)
Disabled bot spawning code for non-host players.

All about customiziability here so now you have access to 3 dvars!

noenhancedmovement 0 or 1 (0 = allow enhanced movement, 1 = disable enhanced movement)
survivor_attachments 0 to 4 (up to 4 attachments allowed for both primary & secondary weapons)
survivor_specialists 0 or 1 (0 = disable survivor specialists, 1 = allow survivor specialists)

Update #1

* Purifier now does 20 damage instead of 35 (this makes it possible to survive the Purifier if you were only hit 1 time and was allowed to burn).
* Some more randomizing in every aspect of the class selection/first infected.
* Change bot spawning to fit up to HALF of the server (dvar: sv_maxclients) and changed the buttons to USE and ATTACK (reload + shoot), let USE button go to restart the adding.

Bug-fix: Server Disconnected - Clientfield Mismatch (Caused by included scripts/mp/bots/_bot.gsc from the stock game).
