A bunch of quality of life changes:
-Snap points for the "Trail" cards.
-Some lines to make the board look a little less like you're falling in to a black hole.
-Cards moved to a slightly more appealing location. I know, that's completely subjective, but it pleases my eye more.
-Dysentery now 1000x more deadly.
