NOTE: Bandit AI will permanently stop patrolling when they spot a helicopter, not sure if if this issue can be fixed without removing the heli crash & supply drop script.

[ADDED] Players now spawn with a dog (which they can command)
[CHANGED] There is now a higher likelyhood for vehicles to spawn along the coast
[CHANGED] Moon phase so that player can see at night without NVG
