Added a top floor to the spawn building, added Electric cherry but it still has no model so its a dark square lying on the ground.

Added Buildable Power switch
Added more box locations and wall weapons
Re-designed the buildable table
Fixed a bug when dogs spawn outside of the playable area
New spawn area in the power room
