Now you can build this Fallen science building many times in the planet if you have enough required things.

유토피아 dlc에 맞춰 버전업도 했고 무엇보다도 행성 고유건물이던 몰락제국 전용 과학력 건물을 행성 내 여려개 건축이 가능한 일반건물로 고쳤습니다.

Ai가 아주 어쩌다가 몰락제국 건물 짓는 문제 고쳤습니다. 이제 Ai는 아주 확실하게 몰락제국 전용 건물 못 짓습니다. 문제발견과 해결을 전적으로 맡아주신 [TBR] Battle 님께 큰 감사 드립니다.

Now Ai can't build Fallen building anymore. I confirmed that Ai can't do it anymore.
