Fixed Sherman Calliope. Still cannnot find problem with Churchill Crocodile.

Fixed reported bugs that made the raketenwerfer unbuildable and allowed building the British M3 Halftrack.

Corrected typo in one of the scripts.

Added the VP modes.

Attempted to fix problem where Land Mattress was treated like a vehicle when using mods that convert the call-in to a buildable. (This required a guess as to what the modders used for the internal name, so let me know if it still isn't working.)

Removed price multiple from the East German supply truck.

Minor Fixups:

• Removed redundant price increase from Tiger I call-in.
  
• Replaced workshop image, to relieve croweded text in the image.
