Changed the low habitability levels (20% -> 30%, 1% -> 11%) so that colonisation should work as intended 'till I can figure out how to lower the threshold or Paradox get's around to it..

I'm not happy with it and hopefully it's temporary.

Fixed the horrendous bug with 0% habitability.

Sorted out the most glaring compatibility issues and greatly reduced the size of the mod in the process. - Thanks to Arcalane and Eisvisage for the pointers.

Fixed a bug spotted/tracked-down by I Am A Genderfluid Bearkin Now. Thanks also to him/her/em/them.

Re-added the climate descriptions for planets and added some nice colours to them.
Edited the in-game description for Atmoshperic Manipulation so that it no longer makes absolutely no goddamn sense in the context of this mod.

Updating the Description, To Do List and Mod Picture now..

Changed Gaia Preference habitability from 60% on all planet types to 40%. Realised that I completely forgot to mention that this was in the mod. Added to description.
