Unfortunately it adds some entries to the Stellaris error log on game start, nothing I can do about that.

Added Boost AI button, that only boosts the AI empires and gives players nothing.

Support for multiplayer. One random player will get the popup after clicking BEGIN!, and all options 1-4 and "Boost players" affects ALL players. "Boost everyone" includes AIs.
Changed the boost edict slightly, will provide for natural accelerated growth without any ship or combat bonuses.
