Tweaked snap point to stop bins snapping to ceilings.

Added snap points and fill planes so these bins can snap to the ones in the main Big Storage Bins mod when used together, the fill planes will only appear when something is in the bin, this allows you to see if the bin is empty at a glance.

Made Wyvern milk spoiling time in the milk tank comparable with the S Plus Refrigerator, milk now keeps for 2 days and 2 hours approx. As requested.
